The Government of Jamaica on Thursday launched the country’s National Export Strategy Two, with the aim of boosting exports as a means of economic growth.
The strategy targets the areas of manufacturing, mining, agro-processing, information and communications technology, and the creative industries.
Diane Edwards, President of Jampro, the country’s investment promotion arm, spoke with RJR’s Dionne Jackson Miller on Beyond the Headlines , explaining elements of the strategy.
