Who We Are

We are the premier trade and investment promotions corporation representing the Government of Jamaica. Established as a statutory body under the JAMPRO Act, 1990, we promote business opportunities in export and investment to the local and international private sector.

In addition to facilitating the implementation of investment and export projects, we are a key policy advocate and advisor to the Government in matters pertaining to the improvements of Jamaica’s business environment.

Quality Management System Statement

The scope of the Quality Management System (QMS) of the Jamaica Promotions Corporation (JAMPRO) covers the promotion and facilitation of export, investment, linkages generation and conversion opportunities, the provision of policy advocacy and advisory services, and the registration of films and related activities to enhance Jamaica’s business environment. The organisation is located at Kingston, Jamaica: 18 Trafalgar Road (Head Office), Montego Bay, Jamaica: Montego Bay Convention Centre, London, England: 1 Prince Consort Road, SW7 2BZ, United Kingdom and Toronto, Ontario, Canada: 303 Eglinton Avenue East, M4P 1L3, New York, USA: 300 East 42nd Street, New York, NY 10017.

Exclusions:

Clause 7.1.5 (Monitoring and Measuring Resources) is not applicable because the organisation’s activities do not involve the use of physical measuring equipment to determine product or service conformity. Data within the Salesforce CRM system is used for information and management purposes only, not for verification of product conformity.
