18 Jamaican companies; 3 markets; 1 mission to increase trade opportunities in the region!
JAMPRO will be executing trade missions to Barbados (June 18-21), Trinidad (June 21-24) and The Bahamas (June 27-30). The mission will include 18 companies under the second phase of the Agency’s export development programme, Export Max II.
Export Max II is a three-year initiative geared towards providing focused capacity building and market penetration support to a group of twenty (20) Jamaican export and export-ready firms. The participating companies were selected from priority sectors (agro-processing, fresh produce and manufacturing), which were identified under Jamaica’s National Export Strategy (NES).
The Mission will feature, among other things, B2B meetings with buyers, trade visits to key retail outlets, and visits to private and public sector partners to garner market intelligence. JAMPRO and participating companies will be promoting Brand Jamaica and opportunities to export to the Caribbean.
