The company initially started with 5 employees and has been growing over the past 3 years to having 4 office sites; 3 in Jamaica and 1 in Freeport , Grand Bahama.
With its growing staff at 500 employees, the company currently works within several industries such as Medical Billing, Travel & Tourism, Online Marketing, On line retail, Loyalty Rewards, Tourism Boards, Telecoms & Utilities. To maintain its growing portfolio, itel- BPO has adapted tools to train the team members and to improve the quality of service offered by the company.

Regarding his own experience in the industry for 12 years and his company’s success, Epstein told Do Business Jamaica that hard work and perseverance has been the way to go to ensure a good outcome, “As we’ve entered into the 4th financial year we are seeing a light at the end of the tunnel and our vision is coming to life. We haven’t changed anything to get here, but it has a lot to do with hiring the right team, developing a winning culture and strong business development.”
